Anderson & Drossel, The Firm

After going through law school together the husband and wife team of, Robert P. Anderson and Norlen E. Drossel started the firm Anderson and Drossel in 1980 in Berkeley, California.  The firm continued as a two attorney partnership until 2003 when Norlen died of breast cancer.  Bob Anderson continues the practice as a sole proprietorship with the help of his legal secretary Elizabeth Rubin who has worked for the firm for over twenty years.

The firm limits its practice to the following areas:

            Tax planning and working with the IRS or California Tax Authorities

            Audit and Collection Problems (including Offers in Compromise)

            Estate Planning (Wills and Trusts, and related documents)

            Family Limited Partnerships and Limited Liability Companies

            Probate (the process of taking an estate through the court system)

            Tax aspects of divorce including Qualified Domestic Relations Orders (QDROs)

            Asset Protection Planning
