Welcome to the Law Offices of Anderson & Drossel

In a world of increasing competition for services, Lawyers can no longer claim to be the only provider of legal services.  Real estate agents, bankers, paralegals, and “do your own” law books all offer legal services of one type or another.  At Anderson and Drossel we believe that rather than complain about the other services, we can compete by offering a superior product.  To do that:

                                    We limit our practice areas to:

1)      Tax
2)      Estate Planning and
3)       Probate, so we can provide top-level work in a few areas.

  • We return phone calls as soon as we can, usually within the same working day;

  • We welcome your questions;

  • We keep you informed every step along the way; and

  • For many procedures we charge flat fees (quoted in advance) for our services.

We believe that in this way clients will find their experience with Anderson and Drossel to be worthwhile.

As a Tax Lawyer I can provide tax planning or help after the fact.  For instance, many clients need help with audits.  Others have collection problems which might be solved by submitting an Offer in Compromise. I also work with clients needing tax work in going through divorce and in preparing Qualified Domestic Relations Orders (QDROs).

Estate Planning work consists of Wills and Trusts and often much more.  It can include creating a Power of Attorney, a Family Limited Partnership (FLP), a Limited Liability Company (LLC), or other asset protection devices.

Probate work consists of working through the court process to verify a Will (or an estate if there is no Will) and to oversee property distribution to the beneficiaries (or heirs).
